My background spans technology, healthcare, retail, and beyond. Working with companies from early-stage startups to multi-site operations with international supply chains. I've served as CFO or top financial leader for multiple top-tier financial firms, sat on six boards (including with PE, VC, and family office investors), and closed over 60 equity, debt, and M&A transactions totaling more than $10 billion.

I've built and led teams across accounting, FP&A, HR, contracts, and marketing. I've hired everyone from CEOs to analysts, implemented systems like NetSuite, Intacct, and Salesforce, and guided companies through Big 4 audits, IPOs, and compliance certifications. I hold an MBA from Harvard Business School and started my career at Lehman Brothers—yes, during 2008.

But here's what really drives me: I grew up around my parents' small business. Dinner conversations were about customers, employees, and tough decisions. I watched them build something from nothing, and it shaped everything that came after.

After years in investment banking, private equity lending, and corporate leadership roles, I realized my passion was helping founders and entrepreneurs like my parents. In late 2022, I launched my own practice built on five values: integrity, durability, excellence, creativity, and courage.
